Natalie has been a triathlete since the age of 10, completing 18 triathlons encompassing swimming, biking, and running. She also played basketball throughout her life. Natalie continues to swim, bike, run, and incorporate yoga and weight lifting into her fitness routine. Natalie has modeled for Nike Swim, participating in content creation and a trade show at Miami Swim Week. Additionally, she did a print shoot with SS Activewear in 2023 and E-bike in 2024.
