Ella has been an athlete since the age of five and was a competitve gymnast, swimmer, and volleyball player growing up. Ella got certified as a personal trainer after college (NASM) and began to hit the gym hard personally, winning the bikini division of the Fame World Bodybuilding Championships in 2007. She has been a Muay Thai practicioner for over 20 years, and has been practicing Yoga and Calisthenics for over 10 years. She currently teaches Kickboxing and will be completing another Yoga Teacher Training this year.
